Research, Development and Innovation
Q-Staff delivered a partnership proposal under the project ‘PRODER – Cooperation for Innovation’ entitled “Improving the quality of traditional smoked sausages from Alentejo, using low salt levels, smoking time monitoring and the use of starter cultures.”
Q-Staff is performing this project along with the ‘Paladares Alentejanos’ (food industry), HBO (livestock), the Veterinary Medicine School and the University of Évora.
